Here, your voice is heard, and your insights help determine what does (or does not) go to market. * Support market research, benchmarking, and competitor analysis. * Gather and organize product requirements with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc.). * Monitor the development lifecycle: ideation, prototyping, testing, and launch. * Update product documentation, technical specifications, and supporting materials. * Collect feedback from customers and internal teams for continuous improvement. * Support product performance analysis (sales, margin, adoption). * Assist in presentations and training sessions on new products. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in product development, product assistance, product marketing, or related fields. * Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Design, or similar disciplines (completed or in progress). * Strong analytical skills and organizational ability to manage multiple projects. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets and presentation tools. * Strong communication skills for effective interaction across departments. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or product squads. * Familiarity with user research methods (interviews, usability tests, surveys). * Experience in technology, manufacturing, or consumer goods companies. * Knowledge of data analysis (BI, dashboards, product metrics).
