Register now using the link at the bottom of this page! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assess client needs * Conduct job requirement analyses * Monitor the progress of recruitment processes * Manage communication with candidates and team members * Update performance indicator data for recruitment processes * Support candidate profiling and assist in candidate performance evaluations * Conduct process follow-ups using Werecruiter’s systems, technologies, and methodologies * Evaluate candidates through interviews and assessment tests **Requirements and Qualifications** It is important to have: * Experience with process/task management systems; * Completed or ongoing degree in Psychology; And it is desirable to have: * Experience in recruitment and selection; * Experience working in software/systems companies; * Experience in recruiting for technology roles; * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
