




**About the vacancy:** You will join the team responsible for managing the financial planning process, developing intelligent tools to support planners, analyzing results, and connecting them to best practices in governance. You will drive the evolution of planning through advanced forecasting, automation, and artificial intelligence application, making processes more agile, accurate, and decision-oriented. **About the area:** The Financial Planning & BI team is responsible for **the entire governance of the cooperatives’ planning cycle**, including reviews and forecasts, training for planners, enhancement of the planning tool, definition and continuous improvement of rules and processes, corporate analysis of actual vs. planned performance, monthly monitoring of key business indicators, and tracking of financial indicators related to CAS and cooperative goals. Your role goes far beyond analysis: you will connect planners with best practices, ensure robust governance, and contribute to increasingly intelligent processes using forecasting, automation, and artificial intelligence. Each deliverable will be an opportunity to transform data into strategic decisions and generate real business impact. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting the management of the cooperatives’ financial planning process, ensuring governance and consistency. * Developing support tools and materials for planners, promoting best practices. * Conducting detailed financial analyses (P&L, products, segments, actual vs. budget). * Preparing executive presentations for various leadership levels, with clear and objective storytelling. * Structuring and delivering training on planning tools and processes. * Validating information, forecasts, and managerial results, ensuring data quality and reliability. * Preparing financial and product forecasts for planning and forecasting. * Supporting routines to ensure governance and continuous evolution. **Requirements and qualifications** Technical and interpersonal requirements include: * **Financial analysis** focused on identifying variances and distortions, with critical interpretation of numbers. * **Descriptive statistics**, with ability to apply basic concepts in data and trend analysis. * Developing methods and processes for **scenario building** (Forecasting). * Knowledge of **accounting principles for financial institutions**. * Advanced Excel and presentation tools. * **Desirable**: SQL, **Python**, planning tools (e.g., **EPM Oracle**). * Familiarity with automation and artificial intelligence applied to financial processes. * **Understanding the business** and its financial impacts. * **Translating complex analyses** into simple, visual messages. * **Clear communication**, influence, and collaboration to drive results. * **Analytical capability**, interpreting results and understanding business impacts. * Acting as a strategic partner to business areas. **Additional information** At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated at 3 days on-site at the company headquarters located at Av. Assis Brasil, 3940, São Sebastião, Porto Alegre/RS, and 2 days remote.
