We are building a Marketing and Sales team that operates with AI as its central tool—not as a pilot project, but as a core working methodology. To achieve this, we seek a professional who combines analytical thinking, extreme adaptability, and a strong drive to solve real problems. If you are inquisitive, proactive, and unafraid to change your mind, read carefully. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, maintain, and evolve applications using Claude Code and other AI-assisted development tools, contributing to scalable, efficient, and high-quality solutions; * Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions proactively, without waiting for requests; * Support strategic initiatives of the Growth team: CAC analysis, churn analysis, campaign performance, and process automation; * Collaborate on high-impact projects with increasing autonomy; * Document and systematize learnings to scale what works. **Desired Profile:** * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or fields with a strong analytical/technical component; * Adaptable and open to change; * Knowledge of Clean Architecture / Hexagonal Architecture; * Version control with Git (branching strategies, code review); * Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments; * Basic understanding of observability: structured logs, metrics, and tracing; * Best practices for API security: authentication, rate limiting, input sanitization (especially relevant when exposing AI endpoints); * Ability to write tests (unit and integration); **Essential Soft Skills:** * Practical experience with LLMs (OpenAI GPT\-4o, Claude, Gemini, or similar); * Integration of AI APIs into backend applications (REST, SDKs, response streaming); * Prompt Engineering: optimization techniques for quality, latency, and cost; * Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) — architecture and implementation; * Experience with embeddings and semantic search (cosine similarity, Euclidean distance); * Understanding of context/token limits and strategies for chunking and optimization; * Prompt chaining and function calling / tool use; * Experience with PostgreSQL (modeling, indexing, performant queries), pgvector for vector storage and search, and MySQL (reading and maintaining existing databases). **Desirable:** * Experience with model fine\-tuning; * Use of Whisper or other speech\-to\-text APIs; * Basic understanding of autonomous agents and multi\-step orchestration; * Experience with output quality evaluation (metrics, guardrails, fallback strategies); * Messaging and Asynchronous Processing \- RabbitMQ (AMQP) — publishing, consuming, dead\-letter queues; and worker/queue architecture for background task processing; * Production experience with Go 1\.20\+; * Development of REST APIs using the Gin Framework; * Proficiency in goroutines, channels, and concurrent programming; * GORM for relational databases; * Go modules and dependency management; * Production experience developing applications with React and Next.js 14\+; * Familiarity with frontend/fullstack architecture best practices, performance optimization, and error handling in React/Next.js applications. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Weekly workload of 42.5 hours (Monday to Friday); * Remote work allowance of **R$250.00**; * Caju Meal Ticket worth **R$ 41.00**; * Your Caju card will also be credited during vacation periods; * Birthday day off, year-end day off, Wellhub; * Bradesco National Health Plan II; * Access to the Único Skill education platform (access to numerous courses, undergraduate programs, languages, etc.); * Sulamérica Life Insurance; * Onhappy \- Discounts on travel and accommodations. **Salary:** To be discussed. **Hiring Process Steps:** * Resume screening; * Technical assessment; * Behavioral interview with HR; * Technical interview with managers; * Cultural fit assessment.
