**Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the team of drivers and assistants, ensuring productivity and operational discipline. * Plan, organize, and monitor loading, unloading, and deliveries. * Perform route planning and adjust routes according to customer urgency and requirements. * Monitor performance indicators (punctuality, productivity, damages, returns). * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. * Support resolution of operational issues, such as delays, incidents en route, delivery failures, and discrepancies. * Conduct meetings and provide guidance to align daily activities. * Manage working hours and attendance of distribution staff. * Monitor basic vehicle maintenance and report needs to the responsible department. * Train new employees and support team development.
