If you are creative, organized, and want to leave your mark on memorable gastronomic experiences, we want to meet you. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in assembling, verifying, and organizing delivery orders. * Ensure orders are delivered complete, meeting quality standards and established timeframes. * Serve as liaison between kitchen staff and delivery riders, ensuring efficient communication among all parties. * Perform cashier duties, ensuring accurate verification and proper control of payments. * Provide customer service via WhatsApp and phone, maintaining courtesy, responsiveness, and accuracy in information. * Deliver exceptional experiences to customers. Flexibility to work various shifts as required. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Availability for a rotating 6x1 schedule, including weekends and holidays. * Preferred: Prior experience in customer service, operational support, or delivery-related routines. * Preferred: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with delivery apps.
