Learn more about this opportunity. **What you need to apply for this position:** * Completed high school education. **Your daily responsibilities as an educator:** * Provide in-person and/or remote student support via email/phone/WhatsApp/virtual platforms; * Use institutional information systems to register student requests—both academic and financial—and meet attendance targets defined by your immediate supervisor; * Focus on student retention and achieving targets by identifying solutions capable of retaining students within the institution, offering available alternatives from the institution’s portfolio of solutions; * Collaborate with various departments within the institution to expedite service delivery.
