We are seeking a Junior Human Resources Analyst to manage HR routines and support the company’s people management. Key Responsibilities * Manage onboarding and offboarding processes * Administer and maintain organized employee documentation * Monitor electronic timekeeping, hour bank, vacation, and leave records * Collect and submit information for payroll closing to the accounting department * Manage benefits (commuter allowance, meal allowance/food voucher, among others) * Address employee inquiries regarding labor-related and internal matters * Conduct recruitment and selection processes * Ensure compliance with labor legislation (Consolidation of Labor Laws – CLT) and internal policies * Support leadership with HR information and reports * Organize deadlines and sector obligations (eSocial, medical exams, documentation) Requirements * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields * Knowledge of HR routines and basic labor legislation (CLT) * Prior HR experience (junior level) * Organizational skills, autonomy, and sense of responsibility * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive Desirable * Familiarity with eSocial * Experience with payroll and electronic timekeeping systems Ideal Profile * Organized, responsible, and ethical profile * Ability to work autonomously * Discretion in handling confidential information * Proactivity and eagerness to learn Benefits * Ativ Benefits: 24/7 telemedicine service with general practitioners, available 7 days per week * Birthday Day Off: Choose one day off during your birthday month * Meal Allowance/Food Voucher: Choose between VA for grocery purchases or VR for restaurants * Commuter Allowance: Provided according to public transportation commuting needs Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: R$2.200,18 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Commuter allowance
