Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with strong communication and negotiation skills to work on credit recovery and maintaining relationships with customers/condominiums. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in credit recovery and customer retention. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** High school diploma and/or undergraduate degree Understanding of the type of service we provide and familiarity with our customers/condominiums Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clarity and conciseness.
