The role involves managing and monitoring processes, documentation, financial control and procurement for construction projects, and supporting the engineering team, thereby contributing to continuous improvement of operations.** If you are agile, customer-oriented, and committed to excellence in results, join our ***team***! ***We are the NewChase Group and we grow together!*** **Responsibilities and Duties*** Manage and organize all technical and administrative documentation for construction projects, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible. * Monitor and track engineering project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and deliverables, and support the development and control of construction project schedules. * Monitor construction project budgets, controlling expenses and revenues related to projects. * Submit payment requests to the Finance department and procure specific materials for construction projects. * Prepare detailed financial reports on the financial status of construction projects, identifying variances and proposing adjustments; jointly monitor cash flow and ensure projects remain within the approved budget. * Collect and compile data to develop performance indicators and management reports, and assist in data analysis and report preparation for decision-making. * Identify material and service requirements for construction projects, conduct supplier quotations and negotiations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **If you have:** * A completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in construction procurement and administrative and financial routines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (intermediate/advanced level). * Project Management knowledge is a plus. * Experience in the automotive industry and/or vehicle dealership environment is a plus.
