We are looking for a **Junior Development Analyst** to **develop and continuously improve the Group Newchase’s systems and applications, ensuring the quality and efficiency of delivered products. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand user needs and translate those requirements into innovative and functional technological solutions,** **continuously pursuing learning and updating technical skills, promoting continuous improvement** **of the processes and technologies employed by the Group.** If you are agile, customer-oriented, and committed to excellence in results, join our ***team***! ***We are Grupo NewChase and we grow together!*** **Responsibilities and Duties*** Develop and maintain systems used by the Group, focusing on process automation and integration. * Support the development of new features, following coding standards and best practices. * Support workflow automation to optimize operational and administrative processes. * Perform system integrations including DMS (Dealer Management System), ERP, CRM, and sales platforms. * Monitor and provide technical support for internal systems, analyzing and resolving incidents through testing and bug fixes. * Keep technical documentation up to date, including user manuals and development guides, facilitating system understanding and usage. * Thoroughly record all system changes and improvements, ensuring traceability and transparency of processes. * Respond to support tickets to resolve basic issues in internal systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** **You have:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Prior experience in systems development (internships, freelance projects). Experience in the automotive sector is a plus. * Basic knowledge of web programming languages and their frameworks, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Nest.js, Angular, and React. * Basic knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL). Familiarity with APIs and system integrations. * Ability to analyze and solve technical problems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Do you identify with this challenge?
