Job Summary: A Human Resources professional to handle recruitment, selection, onboarding, integration, and employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees. 2. Responsible for benefits administration and employee support. 3. Document and information management in the Protheus system. A textile manufacturing and trading company seeks a Human Resources Analyst in Americana (Center). **Responsibilities:** Conduct recruitment, selection, and interviews. Execute new employee onboarding and integration processes. Maintain and manage granted benefits. Provide HR-related support to employees. Enter employee information into the Protheus system. Manage employee timekeeping records in the Protheus system. Organize and maintain HR department files and document control. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Coordinator, or Human Resources Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. **Desired Qualifications:** **Education:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. **Experience:** Prior experience required. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: Salary range will be disclosed during the interview. * Benefits will be disclosed during the interview stage. **Additional Information:** * Employment Type: Permanent – On-site. * Schedule: Full-time. * Working Hours: To be determined.
