We are a company with 12 years of market experience, serving nearly 2 million users across Brazil. **Requirements** * Prior experience in customer service; * Proficiency with technology; * Knowledge of Excel platform. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct training sessions for clients, proactively teaching them how to use system features, clarifying doubts, and resolving issues; * Collaborate with other company departments to deliver integrated and customized solutions for clients; * Contact clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a responsive manner; * Ensure timely project delivery by managing schedules and priorities; * Participate in platform launch by performing necessary configurations and parameter settings; * Update departmental KPIs, tracking client performance and satisfaction.
