Administrative Purchasing Assistant \| Salvador – BA \| On-site \| CLT We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Assistant in the procurement, corporate purchasing, and supplier management fields. We are looking for an organized, analytical, and proactive professional capable of handling administrative and operational tasks related to the supply chain, purchasing, and replenishment. This position plays a strategic role in cost control, supplier negotiation, purchase planning, and inventory monitoring—directly contributing to operational efficiency. We seek someone with experience in purchasing raw materials, green coffee, food supplies, packaging, logistics, and order tracking—preferably within the food and beverage, retail, or specialty coffee sectors. Key Responsibilities * Execute end-to-end purchasing processes, including quotation, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and order follow-up * Procure raw materials, green coffee, food supplies, packaging, and operational materials * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms to reduce costs and improve efficiency * Manage suppliers and monitor deliveries * Support purchase planning, consumption analysis, and inventory control * Collaborate closely with logistics, production, operations, and administrative departments * Maintain internal controls, fiscal documentation, and ERP system registrations * Support KPI tracking and data analysis using Excel and Power BI Requirements * Proven experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Junior Buyer, or in procurement-related roles * Experience in negotiation, corporate purchasing, and supplier relationship management * Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel * ERP experience; Omie is a plus * Organized, analytical profile with strong communication skills * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields Preferred Qualifications * Experience in food and beverage, cafés, roasting facilities, or retail * Experience purchasing green coffee and food supplies * Knowledge of Power BI and KPI analysis * Experience in freight carrier quotation and logistics control * Experience working in multichannel operations What We Offer * High-performance environment with professional development opportunities * Direct exposure to the specialty coffee market * Genuine growth opportunities based on performance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Dental insurance Additional Information * Employment type: CLT * On-site work in Salvador – BA * Prior purchasing experience required * Salary: R$ 1\.621,00 to R$ 2100,00 per month Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.621,00 \- R$2\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Company mobile phone * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Purchasing (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
