Prepare materials for welding, including cleaning, cutting, and fitting components. Select the appropriate welding equipment for the task. Perform welding in accordance with established quality and safety standards. Previous experience as a Metal Structure Assembler, Welding Operator, Welding Technician, or Pipe Welder may indicate familiarity with some of the activities associated with this position. High school diploma required.
