Identify potential customers, conduct market research, make initial contact via telephone, email or social media, qualify leads according to company criteria, and forward the most prepared contacts to sales representatives or consultants. Will act as the first point of contact with the customer, helping to open doors, organize information in the CRM, and contribute to enabling the sales team to operate more strategically and efficiently. Position located in Florianópolis / SC.
