**Job Mission:**
Ensure accurate and timely execution of HR department routines, guaranteeing compliance with labor and social security legislation, promoting process quality, excellence in employee service, and supporting the department’s continuous evolution.
**What We Expect From You:**
* Execute onboarding, vacation, leave of absence, and offboarding processes;
* Perform payroll reconciliation and processing;
* Calculate labor and social security charges;
* Submit and monitor ancillary obligations (eSocial, Digital FGTS, DCTFWeb, among others);
* Issue and verify labor documents;
* Support employees by clarifying questions related to legislation and HR department routines;
* Assist internal and external audits when required;
* Identify opportunities for process improvement within the department;
* Maintain updated controls and performance indicators;
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure operational efficiency.
**Job Requirements:**
* Knowledge of labor legislation (CLT);
* Knowledge of payroll calculations;
* Basic understanding of vacations, 13th salary, terminations, and labor charges;
* Knowledge of eSocial;
* Knowledge of Digital FGTS and DCTFWeb;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (intermediate level);
* Experience with payroll systems (Domínio, Alterdata, Senior, Questor, TOTVS or similar);
* Knowledge of onboarding and offboarding routines;
* Knowledge of LGPD as applied to HR department routines.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
