If you enjoy learning, connecting with people, and wish to grow within a solid and recognized network, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct student re-enrollment processes; * Populate the school’s management system with up-to-date information; * Manage files (contracts, declarations, agreements, etc.); * Verify enrollment and re-enrollment entries and payment plans; * Perform collections; * Conduct competitor research; * Carry out commercial activities; * Post-sale follow-up. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior customer service experience is desirable, preferably in educational settings or free-course schools; * Familiarity with administrative and financial routines—including payment collection, cash control, and document issuance—is desirable; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and data management platforms; * Ability to handle recordkeeping, inventory control, and document management. **Additional Information** * **Transportation Voucher (VT)** according to unit policy. * **Partial or full tuition scholarship** for CNA language courses. * **Opportunity for professional growth** within the school and the CNA network. * University partnership program * Total Pass **About CNA Languages** CNA Languages is an English and Spanish teaching network with over 50 years of market presence and part of the CNA+ educational group, serving approximately 400,000 students annually across more than 730 units nationwide.
