A national HR solutions company focused on recruitment and selection across all levels and sectors, operating in several Brazilian states through partnerships. **Responsibilities:** Organize and supervise teams responsible for yard cleaning, maintenance, and organization, managing materials, schedules, and task assignments to ensure yard organization, hygiene, and full functionality of external areas and company facilities. Control inventory of supplies, monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations, and ensure proper execution of operational activities. Support coordination by serving as the liaison between operational staff and management. On-site work in Japeri / RJ. Previous experience as Yard Supervisor, Logistics Coordinator, Warehouse Manager, or Yard Operations Head may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Completed elementary education required.
