As a **Senior Production Planning Analyst**, you will be responsible for planning activities, including gathering and analyzing demands, sales, and performance indicators, participating in defining strategies and medium- to long-term production forecasts, ensuring the achievement of company goals. **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct medium- and long-term company planning, considering sales demand, production forecast, supply forecast, and associated risks. * Evaluate and propose systems and processes to improve management of medium- and long-term sales indicators, ensuring more accurate and reliable forecasting. * Support the sales department in analyzing and controlling sales, identifying variations and fulfillment risks, and proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Convert defined financial targets into piece quantities, ensuring alignment between financial plans and production plans. * Contribute to the factory's medium- and long-term planning, considering product line requirements, shifts, workforce, and other aspects that ensure established results. * Support the production control team (PCP) by advising on the feasibility and execution of production plans, aligned with sales demands and supply forecasts. * Participate in planning for new product launches or discontinuation of existing products, including product registration in the system, purchasing new materials, and material management. * Perform proper mapping of factory inputs and raw materials and forecast required inputs over the medium and long term, working together with suppliers and procurement to ensure supply continuity. * Evaluate product demand forecasting and analysis through data collection and analysis, identification of patterns and trends, and use of this information to define medium- and long-term planning. * Propose and implement demand strategies, process improvements, and systems related to demand management, providing insights and recommendations for the organization’s sales and operations planning. * Stay updated on trends and technological advancements in PCP, seeking improvement opportunities and implementing innovative solutions. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. * Knowledge of production planning techniques and methodologies. * Experience with integrated management systems (ERP) and PCP tools. * Proficiency in analytics tools. * Desirable experience with demand management tools. * Advanced Office suite skills. **Additional information** * Integrated, cheerful, and positive work environment. * Cafeteria for informal and friendly conversations with colleagues. * Health insurance, dental plan, and life insurance to ensure your well-being and that of your family.
