We seek a professional to ensure the execution of all warehouse and distribution operations, safeguarding product quality in storage and ensuring efficient and timely delivery. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze shift workload demand, generating and implementing adjustments as needed; * Coordinate the work team, assigning tasks, guiding and monitoring employee performance, maintaining motivation and providing necessary support; * Analyze departmental work processes, identifying improvement opportunities; * Analyze performance results of the area under responsibility, identifying root causes of process failures and waste, developing preventive or corrective action plans to contribute to continuous process improvement, increased productivity and quality, and reduced losses and costs; * Support management in Human Resources department procedures and personnel administration; * Monitor, analyze, and modify transportation methods to maximize advantages; * Authorize product transportation, immediately resolving issues as they arise; * Interface with product management, production operations, information technology, sales, and customers to discuss and improve logistics management; * Support transportation negotiations by providing cost analysis, route analysis, and alternative routes. #### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, and BI skills. * Knowledge of People Management and WMS; * Willingness to travel. #### **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance; * Medical Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Company Vehicle; * Psychological Support Service; * Total Pass; * CEC: Partnership with Group-affiliated dealerships.
