**Description:** Responsible for developing systems projects and system automation in the Logistics area, aiming at continuous improvement of information, optimization, and standardization of processes. Will be responsible for leading inventory forecasting planning and purchase execution in the operational management of projects, acting as a key contact point for management. **Key Responsibilities:** Monitor logistics processes (Receiving, Sorting and Quality, Storage, Picking, Shipping, Transportation, and Warehousing); Manage external logistics processes (freight, costs, distribution, etc.), ensuring compliance with defined delivery deadlines and product integrity, at the lowest possible cost; Monitor internal logistics processes (inventory, storage, replenishment, and warehousing), ensuring timely fulfillment of factory requirements in required quantities; Serve as the Supply Chain focal point for projects; Perform quantitative analyses and evaluate supply chain data, processes, and networks; Interface with customers, issue and verify all documents required for cargo release at destination (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, among others), ensuring compliance with procedures of origin and destination countries, and guaranteeing service delivery to customers with speed, reliability, and security in accordance with established standards and legal requirements; Implement and develop innovative optimization concepts; Prepare presentations to report status, alert potential risks, or support decision-making; Develop and control indicators, operational flows, and logistics costs; Develop and monitor operational performance reports and KPIs; Participate in multidisciplinary projects and meetings with various company departments; Identify and implement new technologies and digital tools in logistics processes; Prepare managerial presentations on project status and logistics department activities; Identify opportunities and implement automation of systemic workflows; Create and monitor operational metrics with logistics partners; Support all logistics-related areas by analyzing cases, resolving issues, diagnosing problems, and directing errors to local or global IT teams; Ensure maintenance of external systems through continuous analysis, process mapping, and proposal of improvements; Responsible for monitoring queues between systems, mapping external systems, creating user manuals, and resolving highly complex issues; Submit required documents to the Finance Department for billing/receipt of export goods values and foreign exchange settlement; Submit required documents for export control/accounting; Identify system improvement opportunities across the entire area and promote training; Suggest improvements and provide technical accountability for processes within the scope of responsibility. **NOTE:** TEKMA, as a service provider, reserves the right to analyze submitted resumes and properly classify them for inclusion in our Talent Database, without any binding commitment to place the professional. Technical knowledge of logistics tools; Experience in supplier management; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel; Experience in supplier development/management in the automotive sector; Experience in supply chain/transportation topics, Supply Chain Management, and Project Management; Experience with ERP systems; Solid knowledge of logistics processes and indicator-based management; Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Kaizen, etc.) is desirable; Strong analytical skills and ability to work conceptually and structurally; Motivation to work with international teams in a dynamic, virtual field environment. 2512220202491762045
