Job Summary: We are hiring a Functional Technical Leader for digital transformation projects, focused on billing systems and the 2027 Tax Reform. Key Highlights: 1. Technical and functional leadership of squads in billing systems. 2. Translation of Tax Reform requirements into technical specifications. 3. Interface between Business areas (Tax/Finance) and Development. We are hiring a Functional Technical Leader to execute digital transformation projects, developing innovative tools to deliver the best user experience on a major company's platform. We understand that for this evolution, the following are required: Functional expertise in the ARBOR BILLING system; Experience in the TELECOM sector; C\+\+, Pro\*C, PL/SQL, and UNIX (Shell Script); ORACLE; Knowledge of the rules and impacts of the 2027 Tax Reform\. Key Responsibilities: Technical and functional leadership of squads focused on billing systems; Translation of Tax Reform requirements into technical specifications for both legacy and modern systems; Ensuring correct implementation of business rules in the Arbor Billing system; Interface between Business areas (Tax/Finance) and the Development team; Coordination of technical deliveries in Unix/Oracle environments.
