




**Job Description:** We are looking for an HR professional to work in a generalist capacity, ensuring the proper administration of labor processes and supporting the company in fulfilling its legal obligations and developing employees. **Responsibilities:** * Organization and control of electronic timekeeping; * Management of vacations (scheduling, tracking, and documentation); * Administration of internal and external training courses; * Direct contact and constant alignment with the accountant; * Control of hiring and termination (employee onboarding and offboarding); * Guidance to employees and leadership regarding compliance with labor laws; * Ensuring fulfillment of legal obligations and routine HR department tasks; * Tracking of absences and deductions. **Requirements:** * Degree in Human Resources or currently pursuing one; * Knowledge of labor legislation; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and strong communication abilities; * Prior experience in HR is a plus. * Proficiency in Excel; * Familiarity with the Caju benefits management system; **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity; * Attention to detail; * Ability to handle confidential information; * Strong interpersonal skills. **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Location:** Remote (2 days per month onsite) **Working Hours:** 6:30 AM to 1:00 PM Job Type: Part-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.600,00 \- R$1\.800,00 per month Expected Weekly Hours: 30 hours per week Benefits: * Internet allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Remote work Education: * Completed Technical Education (Mandatory) Experience: * Timekeeping control (Mandatory) * 3 years of experience (Mandatory) * Available to attend headquarters once per week (Mandatory)
