Responsibilities: **Activities** * Prepare food, cooking, sauces, and meats. * Develop à la carte meals, plated dishes, and buffet items. * + Supervise and guide Kitchen Assistants throughout their tasks. * Keep the kitchen orderly by organizing used materials. **Requirements** * A Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy is preferred; * High standards of cleanliness; * Solid experience in kitchen operations and dish preparation; * Ability to work collaboratively, with strong interpersonal skills; * Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment; * Willingness to learn and grow professionally within the gastronomy field; * Capacity to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
