The professional will develop tax strategies that maximize the organization's financial results. This role is critical to ensuring the company maintains a high standard of excellence in its tax services. * Responsibilities: Team management with full routine oversight; * Team member development through guidance and training; * Client support (e-mail, Teams, meetings); * Support in system configuration; * Verification of tax calculations for ISS, ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, and withholdings; * Review of tax ledgers and ancillary obligations; * Proficiency in ISS, ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS legislation; * Knowledge of Tax Reform initiatives; * Familiarity with invoice issuance processes, including import-related invoices. * Qualifications: * In-depth knowledge of tax legislation and accounting, with ability to resolve complex technical issues. * Analytical skills to interpret financial data and prepare clear, concise reports. * Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with various departments and external consultants. * Leadership capability to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. * Familiarity with tax planning and management tools. * Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, with active CRC registration. * Professional experience: Relevant experience, preferably in an accounting firm, with proven leadership of teams and management of tax processes. * KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: * Practical knowledge of Brazilian and international tax legislation; * Problem-solving ability and critical thinking; * Capacity to multitask and manage deadlines effectively; * Familiarity with tax and accounting management systems. **Location****Employment Model****Work Model** Rio de Janeiro, RJ, BR Permanent CLT On-site
