Opportunities for development in a multidisciplinary environment **About the BW Energy Internship Program** The BWE 2026 Internship Program is designed to provide exciting opportunities for talent development and hands-on work experience. Throughout the program, interns will have the chance to engage in challenging projects, enabling enriching learning alongside experienced professionals from our team. Application deadline: 03/23/2026 **Key Tasks and Responsibilities:** **We are seeking an intern with interest in the maintenance and integrity field, aiming for professional growth in this area, integrating multidisciplinary knowledge.** * Provide support to daily FPSO operations related to Maintenance and Integrity activities. * Support Maintenance, Integrity, and Planning engineers in FPSO operational routines. * Assist in issuing and organizing technical documentation, as well as preparing reports, work packages, and KPI dashboards. * Support maintenance and integrity backlog control and track actions defined during planning meetings. * Assist in preparing and updating Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules. * Support Maintenance and Integrity planning and work order management via CMMS/AMOS systems. * Assist in requesting spare parts and services, tracking procurement processes and delivery status. * Support preparation of documentation for scheduled shutdowns and turnarounds (TAR). * Assist in controlling critical spare parts and monitoring inventory levels. * Collaborate with Operations, Integrity, and HSE departments on cross-functional maintenance activities. * Support coordination between onshore Maintenance and Integrity teams and offshore teams. * Assist in managing integrity documentation, including inspection plans and corrosion monitoring data records. * Support compliance with vessel classification requirements and Brazilian Regulatory Norms, focusing on NR\-10, NR\-12, and NR\-13\. * Support follow-up and interface with suppliers for Maintenance and Integrity activities. **Requirements** **Prerequisites:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Production, Marine, Naval Engineering, or related fields. * Expected graduation between 2027\.2 and 2028\.1\. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Availability to intern 30 hours per week (6 hours per day). **Required Skills:** * Ability to work in a multidisciplinary/multinational environment. * Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills. * Good interpersonal skills. * Teamwork attitude. * Practical mindset. * Knowledge of the oil and gas sector. * Web programming/development skills (desirable).
