We seek a Cybersecurity Specialist to work in a hands\-on and strategic manner, supporting leadership in advancing the Cyber Security function within a hybrid and multi-cloud environment, strengthening the organization’s security posture and continuously reducing risks. **Responsibilities and Duties** Act as the technical reference for the area, combining hands\-on execution with strategic support to leadership in decision-making related to information security. Design, implement, operate, and evolve security controls across on\-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments, ensuring alignment with recognized industry frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT\&CK, and ISO/IEC 27001\. On a day\-to\-day basis, protect networks, endpoints, identities, and applications, while supporting monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence processes. Also actively participate in Blue Team and Red Team initiatives, continuously validating the effectiveness of implemented controls. Beyond the technical role, the specialist will maintain strong interaction with leadership, contributing risk analyses, technical recommendations, priority setting, and strategic direction to continuously mature the Cybersecurity function. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Risk Management, or related areas will be considered a plus. Certifications in Information Security and/or Cloud Security will be considered advantageous. Solid experience in Cybersecurity, working at a specialist level, with technical autonomy and decision\-making capability. Advanced experience in network security, including firewalls, IDS, IPS, and WAF. Experience in endpoint protection, using solutions such as EDR, DLP, and related technologies. Practical experience in monitoring, detection, and incident response, working with SOC, SIEM, and Blue Team. Consistent experience in vulnerability management, including process definition, risk\-based prioritization, and remediation tracking. In-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including principles of least privilege and zero trust. Experience in Red Team activities, penetration testing, attack simulations, and security control validation. Strong knowledge of Threat Intelligence, with ability to correlate threats, TTPs, and indicators of compromise to business context.
