




Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing documentation, processing payroll, handling tax obligations, and managing employee-related processes. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with RM Labore system **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and input onboarding documentation into the payroll system, with knowledge of vacation, termination, and benefits administration routines; * Submit and monitor eSocial, DCTF Web, DIRF, and SEFIP filings; * Calculate INSS, FGTS, and IRRF taxes; * Manage employee leave of absence and return-to-work processes; * Prepare DARF forms for third-party INSS withholding. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or Accounting; * Intermediate Excel proficiency is desirable; * Prior experience with RM Labore system is mandatory.
