




Job Summary: A professional responsible for analyzing and executing HR department routines, ensuring legal compliance and employee support, as well as managing processes with public agencies and advising clients. This collaborator will be responsible for analyzing and executing routine HR department activities, aiming to comply with legislation and meet employees’ needs in accordance with company standards. 1. Participate in the team’s departmental meetings; 2. Raise client awareness during the first three months of the contract regarding the importance of submitting documents on time; 3. Conduct document verification for clients; 4. Request pending documentation from clients to carry out assigned tasks; 5. Perform hiring, termination, payroll processing, position changes, transfers, reinstatements, and system movements using the automated HR system, as well as the Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF) website, SEFIP system, ACI, Social Connectivity, and DCTF WEB to meet client demands; 6. Annually download XML files for payroll year-end closure to ensure timely RAIS submission and send the DIRF file to the accounting department via the Fortes system to provide accurate information to the relevant authorities; 7. Be responsible for monitoring processes with public agencies (e.g., payment installment plans, registration updates, settlement agreements); 8. Be responsible for issuing tax payment slips and declarations for primary and ancillary obligations; 9. Be responsible for allocating, applying, and monitoring Collective Labor Agreements within each company’s HR routine; 10. Clarify technical questions raised by clients; 11. Send notifications regarding expiration dates of probationary periods stipulated in employment contracts; 12. Inform the Supervisor or Coordinator about any uncertainties concerning contract execution and requests for new services; 13. Attend client meetings, bringing reports to clarify doubts and provide better guidance; 14. Periodically verify whether all rates (e.g., FAP, RAT, INSS, etc.) comply with current legislation, ensuring correct system configuration; 15. Participate in Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) inspections, providing all requested documentation and engaging in discussions if necessary; 16. Monitor upcoming vacations prior to their expiration and notify the client.
