Ensure the correct execution of physical security processes We seek a professional responsible for supervising movement within the establishment and its surroundings, safeguarding people and assets through constant monitoring both inside and outside the store, and complying with company-established rules; \- Monitor individuals exhibiting suspicious behavior related to theft, robbery, and other offenses, aiming to minimize operational risks associated with losses, misplacements, and financial losses; \- Ensure the correct execution of processes, controls, and physical security, delivering high-quality customer service and promoting a culture of loss and damage prevention within the store; \- Support the positioning of the CCTV system and report any irregularities to the competent department. \- Monitor employee and customer entry and exit, providing guidance whenever necessary and ensuring service quality.
