Join us in driving this change—we believe in the power of individuality to generate transformation! * Supervise direct and third-party workers at construction sites and service fronts, assigning work activities according to demand, project specifications, and company standards regarding safety and quality; * Size and guide direct and/or third-party work teams to ensure that performed activities align with the execution project and established construction schedule; * Estimate equipment and materials used in construction projects; * Inspect the quality of completed work, verifying and validating measurements provided by third parties; * Report physical progress of construction works, validating site logs with inspectors and developing civil engineering designs as required; * Update periodic reports on the physical-financial progress of the project, creating and presenting departmental indicators; * Coordinate areas under responsibility, ensuring proper management of financial, administrative, and human resources; * Operate company vehicles when required for external duties, complying with traffic safety regulations. * Promote compliance with Sustainability procedures and standards (Quality, Safety, Environment, and Health). 251024020220539883
