




* Perform general administrative tasks, such as organizing documents and files; * Support spreadsheet control, reports, and data entry into systems; * Answer phone calls, emails, and provide administrative support to company departments; * Answer the intercom at the reception; * Assist in procurement, billing, accounts payable and receivable/finance processes; * Knowledge of electronic invoice issuance (DANFE and NFs); * Basic tax knowledge (CFOP, NCM, ISS, ICMS); * Enter invoices for payment via WCorp system; * External services; * Maintain an organized and up-to-date work environment. **Desired qualifications (optional for posting):** * Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication; * Prior experience in administrative roles is a plus.
