The Challenge of This Role: We are looking for an SDR with proven experience in active B2B prospecting to join our commercial team. This person will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities for our consulting services by conducting initial diagnostics and scheduling meetings for our closing team. Responsibilities: * Active prospecting (cold calls, social media, and email); * Strategic and consultative lead qualification; * Scheduling commercial meetings; * Using CRM to manage the sales pipeline and follow-ups; * Weekly performance reports and KPIs. Requirements: * Prior experience as an SDR or inside sales representative in B2B services (minimum 1 year); * Strong communication, writing, and persuasive skills; * Disciplined, resilient profile with a strong results-driven mindset; * Familiarity with CRM usage, sales automation tools, and sales routines; * Experience in consulting firms, agencies, or service-based companies is preferred.
