We seek a highly analytical and execution-oriented Performance Executive focused on revenue growth and continuous improvement of operational results. This professional will play a strategic role in monitoring and enhancing commercial performance, directly engaging with KPIs, action plans, and results management. **Responsibilities** * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (sales and operations) * Develop and execute action plans to increase revenue and performance * Manage portfolio and relationships with units/franchisees * Identify growth opportunities and result expansion * Support commercial strategies, including pricing and campaigns * Utilize CRM, dashboards, and BI tools for decision-making * Ensure disciplined execution and tracking of goals **Requirements** * Experience in commercial performance, KPI management, or related areas * Experience in sales environments (Inside Sales or Field Sales) * Knowledge of CRM, data analysis, and dashboards * Basic understanding of marketing and demand generation * Experience with franchises, multi-unit operations, or scalable businesses **(preferred)** **Additional Information:** 100% On-site Location: Vila São Luiz, Duque de Caxias.
