About the Position IBDAP is seeking an **Occupational Safety Technician** to promote a safe and healthy work environment, contributing to the implementation and strengthening of **Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)** practices. This professional will be responsible for developing **preventive, educational, and corrective actions**, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and safeguarding employees’ physical integrity, as well as supporting environmental preservation initiatives. Main Responsibilities * Conduct **periodic inspections** of departments, facilities, and equipment to identify hazardous conditions and propose improvements to working conditions. * Develop and implement **safety procedures and guidelines**, focusing on prevention of occupational accidents and diseases. * **Specify, distribute, and manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)**, instructing employees on proper usage. * Organize **training sessions, lectures, and educational activities** related to occupational safety and health. * Manage and control **PPE inventory and distribution**. * Support and monitor activities of the **Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA)** in accordance with current legislation. * Prepare **work accident reports and statistics**, proposing preventive measures. * Support implementation and monitoring of the **Risk Management Program (PGR)**. * Provide support during **audits and inspections conducted by competent authorities**.
