About the Position IBDAP is seeking an **Occupational Safety Technician** to promote a safe and healthy working environment, contributing to the implementation and strengthening of **Occupational Health and Safety** practices. This professional will be responsible for developing **preventive, educational, and corrective actions**, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and protecting employees’ physical integrity, as well as supporting environmental preservation initiatives. Main Responsibilities * Conduct **periodic inspections** of departments, facilities, and equipment to identify hazardous conditions and propose improvements to working conditions. * Develop and implement **safety procedures and guidelines**, focusing on prevention of occupational accidents and diseases. * **Specify, distribute, and manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)**, guiding employees on proper usage. * Conduct **training sessions, lectures, and educational activities** related to occupational safety and health. * Manage and control **PPE inventory and usage**. * Support and monitor activities of the **CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee)** in accordance with current legislation. * Prepare **accident reports and statistics**, proposing preventive measures. * Support the implementation and monitoring of the **PGR (Risk Management Program)**. * Provide support during **audits and inspections conducted by competent authorities**.
