As a **PRODUCTION OPERATOR I**, you will be responsible for **participating in the production process of Granado\-Phebo products, contributing to an efficient and effective production flow by operating machines and equipment, assembling components, and monitoring production line operations.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate production-specific machines and equipment following operational instructions and ensuring proper and safe functioning. * Assemble components or products according to provided specifications and work instructions, ensuring accuracy and quality of assemblies. * Supply production lines with required materials and inputs for the manufacturing process, ensuring continuous and efficient production flow. * Perform basic maintenance checks and cleaning of machines and equipment, reporting any issues or maintenance needs to the maintenance department. * Record and document relevant production information, such as quantities produced, machine operating time, and any incidents or stoppages occurring during the shift. * Strictly comply with workplace safety procedures, using required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and reporting any safety concerns to your supervisor. * Prepare, adjust, and operate production equipment according to specific operational procedures. * Ensure product and process quality by conducting tests at specified frequencies and standards. * Perform and maintain equipment cleaning. * Carry out fine adjustments, calibrations, and minor repairs on machines, ensuring optimal equipment performance and production process quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Technical certification in electrical and mechanical fields is a plus. * Expertise in operating filling, cartoning, packaging, filling, and extrusion machines is a plus. * Availability to work flexible hours. **Additional Information** * Integrated, cheerful, and positive work environment. * Health, dental, and life insurance plans to ensure your well-being and that of your family.
