Handle discrepancies, damages, or irregularities **JOIN OUR TEAM\- SHIPPING ASSISTANT** **Job Mission** Assist in the processes of merchandise verification, organization, and shipment of products, ensuring all goods are shipped according to the quality, timeliness, and safety standards established by the cooperative and its customers. **Shipping Processes** * Perform merchandise verification, checking quantities, codes, batches, and conditions. **Control and Organization** * Keep the area organized, following safety regulations. * Record entries and exits in systems or spreadsheets when required. * Handle discrepancies, damages, or irregularities. **Education** * Completed high school education. * Logistics courses are preferred. **Experience** * Prior experience in shipping, warehousing, logistics, or similar areas is desirable. **Knowledge** * Basic understanding of material verification. * Strong organizational skills. * Familiarity with control systems (ERP, spreadsheets, or similar) is desirable. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization * Agility * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Responsibility * Commitment * Clear and direct communication **Working Conditions** * Warehouse, logistics, or operational environment. * Mandatory use of PPE.
