




Job Summary: Professional to provide administrative support, member service, financial routine handling, and event assistance, including document management and operational support. Document management and operational support **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Member Service:** Provide telephone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail support, clarifying questions regarding services and agreements. * **Financial Routines:** Assist in accounts receivable control, invoice issuance, and class closing. * **Event Support:** Support logistical organization of meetings, lectures, and networking events (registration, coffee breaks, and materials). * **Document Management:** Organize files and contracts, and update the association's database (CRM). * **Operational Support:** Place office supply orders and provide general support to other departments of the organization. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields is a plus). * Proficiency in the **Microsoft Office Suite** (especially Excel for spreadsheets and Word for communications). * Strong writing skills and clear verbal communication. * Prior experience in administrative routines or customer service.
