The Credit Operations area is responsible for overseeing credit operations across diverse segments and sectors, actively participating in committees, drafting/formalizing documents, custody and settlement of operations, regulatory reporting, and developing products, processes, and projects together with technology. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Discussing and structuring credit products, processes, and projects together with teams from technology, credit risk, legal, and commercial areas; * Structuring credit product workflows; * Being responsible for formalization, custody, settlement, and servicing of credit operations. **What We Expect From You:** * Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, and/or Engineering; * Knowledge of credit products; * Experience in systemic structuring to offer credit products to individuals (PF) and legal entities (PJ); * Proficiency in Excel; * Preferably, experience in structuring servicing and collections for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), both individuals (PF) and legal entities (PJ); * Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and Python is a plus. * Experience in private payroll-deductible loans is a plus. **Benefits:** * Profit and Results Sharing (PLR); * Meal and Food Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Childcare/Babysitting Allowance; * Transportation Voucher; * WellHub; * TotalPass; * Employee Assistance Program (EAP); * Optional plans such as Private Pension and Life Insurance; * Pharmacy Discount; * Nutrition Program; * Pregnancy Program; * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave – Certified Citizen Company
