Join our team and become part of our story! :) **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate UV printing machines according to production orders * Perform machine setup, adjustments, and parameter calibration * Monitor the production process to ensure final product quality and consistency * Replace materials, inks, lamps, and consumables as needed * Conduct machine cleaning, maintenance, and basic upkeep * Identify and report technical failures or quality deviations * Comply with safety, quality, and organization standards (5S) * Complete production and quality control records **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Prior experience as a UV machine operator (UV printing, screen printing, offset, digital printing, or similar) * Knowledge of machine adjustment and quality control * Basic understanding of industrial maintenance * Attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines **Additional Information** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * On-site meals; * Dental Plan; * Discount on Bagaggio products; * Birthday Day Off.
