Together, we continue enhancing our culture and strengthening our commitment to nourishing your life. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conducting physicochemical analyses on milk, whey, cream, in-process products, and finished products, according to established methodologies; * Interpreting and critically analyzing obtained results, ensuring compliance with quality standards; * Completing laboratory records and forms, ensuring traceability and adherence to audit requirements; * Preparing starter cultures for use in manufacturing processes, following standard operating procedures (SOPs); * Preparing 70% alcohol solutions for hygiene and laboratory use; * Monitoring and controlling laboratory equipment temperatures, ensuring proper operation; * Organizing, cleaning, and maintaining order in the laboratory environment, in accordance with good practices and safety standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work flexible hours; * Technical degree in dairy science, food technology, or chemistry; or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Nutrition, or Pharmacy; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
