Employment type: CLT \| Monday to Friday Compensation \+ Transportation allowance, Dental plan, and Life insurance **Main Responsibilities** * Collaborate with the outsourced agency on day-to-day marketing activities. * Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with company objectives. * Monitor advertising and promotional campaigns to attract new customers. * Manage content for social media, websites, and other digital channels. * Track market trends and identify growth opportunities. * Analyze consumer behavior and adjust strategies as needed. * Establish strategic partnerships with influencers and other industry professionals. * Organize events and promotional activities to strengthen brand identity. **Technical Profile:** * Prior experience in marketing or related fields. * Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.). * Ability to formulate data-driven strategies based on performance analytics. * Basic knowledge of graphic design and tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator (preferred). * Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (preferred). **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Digital Marketing, Branding, or Project Management (desirable).
