Description: Mandatory Requirements * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Experience in Benefits Management; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation. Desirable * Knowledge of payroll processing. * Administer benefits granted by the company to employees, performing grant procedures, data analysis, and maintenance of records (additions, deletions, and modifications), while adhering to internal processes and policies; * Execute and ensure timely payment of benefits as stipulated by the company; * Address daily employee requests/calls regarding benefits; * Manage the payroll subsystem by recording and verifying benefits-related activities, such as transportation vouchers, meal allowances, dental and health assistance, incentive plans, payroll-deducted loans, pharmacy agreements, life insurance, parking, and related reports; * Provide, control, and update benefits for all employees, including registration movements, cost allocations, reimbursements, and invoice verifications; * Keep benefit-related materials up to date; * Maintain benefit indicators and reconcile benefit data; * Assist with other departmental processes whenever necessary. 2512210202551821179
