Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for waste collection and transportation, as well as cleaning and disinfection of areas and equipment, in compliance with safety regulations and procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure proper use of uniforms and PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment), and personal hygiene 2. Perform daily and segregated waste collection 3. Carry out cleaning and disinfection of areas and equipment ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Ensure proper use of uniforms and PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment), personal hygiene, materials, and products, in accordance with instructions from the immediate supervisor and occupational safety regulations; Perform daily waste collection, retrieving waste from temporary shelters and transporting it to the central shelter; Collect each type of waste (infectious, general, recyclable, chemical) separately into designated containers or collection carts, per contractual standards; Carry out required controls, per contractual standards; Perform cleaning and disinfection of areas, equipment/materials, in accordance with technical guidelines and procedures established in the POP (Standard Operating Procedure) of the contract; Sanitize containers, collection carts, and temporary and final shelters, per the schedule and procedures specified in each contract; Receive external collection services to ensure proper removal of waste; Perform related tasks, as assigned by the immediate supervisor, within the scope of responsibilities. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Incomplete Elementary School. DESIRABLE: Completed Elementary School. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FIELD: 6 months. DESIRABLE: 1 year.
