Acts as a communication facilitator between the Executive Board and other departments, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring execution of strategic decisions. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide administrative and organizational support to the Executive Board, organizing schedules, meetings, business trips, and corporate events; prepare meeting minutes and track implementation of defined actions; prepare reports and presentations; support corporate communications and maintain organized records. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Executive Secretariat, Business Administration, or related fields; experience in schedule management, meeting minutes, and executive support; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and productivity tools; ability to analyze and consolidate data.
