




Description: * Proven experience in the role, with expertise in generalist HR. * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Experience handling high-volume recruitment, especially in operational roles. * Experience in managing or leading an HR team. * Preferred experience in companies within the transportation, logistics, or mining sectors. * Experience monitoring HR metrics. * Lead and develop the Human Resources team; * Supervise and ensure HR processes, guaranteeing standardization of practices and alignment with company guidelines; * Responsible for ensuring execution of recruitment and selection processes, including timely closure of positions with expected quality; * Act as a strategic partner to managers in people-related decision-making, performance, and conduct; * Responsible for planning and implementing HR subsystems within the department, such as Training & Development (T&D), climate and engagement, among others; * Ensure implementation and management of the performance evaluation cycle; * Ensure effectiveness of communication and onboarding processes; * Responsible for validating all HR department procedures and policies, whether for implementation or maintenance; * Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events and initiatives aligned with company culture; * Handle and manage disciplinary actions (counseling, warnings, suspensions), ensuring adherence to criteria, documentation, and internal regulations; * Guarantee confidentiality and discretion regarding information related to processes to which access and knowledge are granted; * Responsible for ensuring maintenance of uniform inventory, including its control; * Monitor decisions regarding promotions, salary adjustments, and terminations, supporting managers; * Ensure compliance with legal quotas; * Collaborate closely with the Occupational Health and Safety department, ensuring adherence to legal and internal requirements; * Ensure timely completion of periodic medical examinations and job-change examinations, per legal deadlines; * Develop, monitor, and analyze HR metrics, proposing actions for continuous improvement (e.g., turnover, time-to-fill, performance, and engagement). 2512210202551931419
