Job Summary: A professional responsible for defining and reviewing inventory parameters, analyzing material consumption, monitoring purchase orders, using ERP systems, tracking inventory inflows and outflows, and preparing reports to support decision-making. Preparation of reports to support decision-making Responsibilities: * + Define and review inventory parameters (minimum/maximum) based on historical consumption and production forecasts + Analyze material consumption and request supplies according to lead times + Monitor purchase orders and conduct follow-up with suppliers + Use the company's ERP system to maintain up-to-date data on materials, orders, inventories, and movements + Monitor customer portfolio via EDI (if applicable) + Manage logistics indicators related to supply, consumption, and coverage + Monitor inventory inflows and outflows, coordinating with receiving and warehouse teams + Support physical inventories, periodic reviews, and balance adjustments + Support logistics in freight control, especially emergency shipments + Prepare reports and spreadsheets to assist decision-making Working hours to be determined.
