Objective Perform masonry, coating, foundation and finishing services in civil construction projects according to architectural and structural designs, complying with technical standards, quality and safety requirements. 2\. Main Activities Structure and Masonry * Construction of walls, fences and partitions using conventional or structural masonry * Execution of shallow foundations (footings, strip footings) and deep foundations (piles, blocks) * Preparation of formwork and reinforcement for concrete * Pouring and curing of concrete in structural elements (beams, columns, slabs) Coatings and Finishes * Application of plaster, scratch coat and base coat on walls and ceilings * Installation of ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, stone and various types of finishes * Wall finish installation (tiles, mosaics, cement boards) * Leveling and surface regularization Additional Installations * Preparation of openings for doors, windows and technical passages * Support in the installation of frames, countertops and sanitary fixtures * Execution of subfloors and sidewalks * Installation of baseboards, thresholds and sills Maintenance and Repairs * Restoration of areas damaged by leaks, cracks or wear * Repair of loose or broken finishes * Replacement of structural or decorative parts and components 3\.
