




- Work Location: Santo Agostinho Neighborhood. * *Preferably residing between Santo Agostinho and Volta Grande neighborhoods.* - Customer service via WhatsApp. - Service logistics, selecting from various available options to meet the customer’s needs. - Call customers experiencing difficulties completing digital acceptance, assisting them in finalizing the contracting process; - Call customers who have not yet completed the contracting stage (they initiated but did not finalize — indecisive customers); - Manage spreadsheets and reports; - Manage customer funnel using WhatsApp labels; - Prospect new customers via phone calls; Requirements: * ***Experience****:* Proven experience in inside sales. * ***Proactivity***: Willingness to engage in processes and identify opportunities for improvement. * ***Commitment***: Interest in actively participating in activities and contributing to smooth workflow execution. * ***Results-oriented***: Attention to task execution, continuously seeking learning and performance enhancement.
